Note: The term Restocking Fee, as used by RoadTrucker® and others includes several Cost associated with a Return. i.e. Credit Card fees, vendor handling & restocking fees charged to RoadTrucker®, etc. Returned items are generally NOT restocked or resold as new.
All Request for an RA (Return Authorization, Must be documented via Email. Please Include a brief description of the reason for the return. You are welcome to call to check if we received it, if you do not get a reply by the following day. We normally reply within the hour or by the end of the day. Please do not call our presales line for a return. We have a support team that needs to pull your records and FAX for the RA. Please have respect for our Return Process. All Issues must be documented in writing via email. We send every customer an email asking them to "SAVE" it, so they can easily reply back to us with any issue they may have. We are an online business and work hard to provide services that many other stores do not. If your computer is down, ask a friend to send us an email, or stop at an internet store or library or any of the free wireless hotspots. It is really not that hard. You can also send us snail mail, if you absolutely insist on not using email.

There are No Returns for Galaxy 10 Meter Radios, nor No Returns for King, nor Winegard Portable Satellite Antenna. Galaxy Radio, King and Winegard test each product and want all issues referred to them directly, so you Must Contact the Manufacturer and Not RoadTrucker. See Galaxy Contact Information here. There are No Returns for Open Electronics (GPS, Backup Cameras, Backup Sensors, etc.) Does not include Electrical items like TV/DVD players, which can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Note: For those purchasing a Truck GPS, we will wave the No Return Policy on open electronics, for a Limited Return period of 14 days from purchase or 5 days from delivery with a 20% restocking fee, regardless of the reason for the return. This applies to the Rand McNally, Cobra, Garmin, Magellan, Teletype & PC*Miler GPS & CoPilot Truck GPS ONLY. You must make the return request within the time allowed and it must be retuned within the following 7 days.
Note: The return period is for you to rethink the purchase and not to test it out to see if you like it. When you purchase a GPS you should be willing to allow us to abate any issue you may have.
Please Note: No return means no return for refund. Naturally you can return it for repair or replacement for the warranty period. We do NOT want your business on these non-returnable products if you do not agree with this policy.

This applies to the Rand McNally, Cobra, and Garmin Truck GPS ONLY.
Note: Please note: Packages refused, or undeliverable are considered as returns. It is your responsibility to make sure you make arrangements for delivery if no one will be home. Delivery service generally make 3 attempts, followed by sending or leaving a message to contact them. Should your package come back as undeliverable, it will be received by the distributor as a return. We will refund you for the item, itself. We will not refund you for the shipping, so please take a minute or 2 and track your order.
At our discretion we may wave the 15% Restocking fee.
For items sent to Canada or other countries, we will refund you less all shipping cost. Since we generally supplement the shipping, this will include that supplement. For example, when we ship a GPS to Canada, the cost is $55 for USPS Express shipping. We only charge the customer $30 and we supplement the balance of $25. If that item comes back, we will refund less the total cost of the returned shipping expense and the $25 supplement that we paid.

* Please Note: We do NOT accept returns on Open Electronics, 12-Volt Heaters or 12-Volt Electric Blankets. These items may only be returned for Repair or Replacement. See GPS waver above.
Any order cancelled before the credit card is charged will NOT incur a fee, however, once your card has been charged, there will be a 10% fee to cover the Cost of Processing. We must pay for both the charge and the refund. See our FAQ "Why did you Stop Accepting American Express Credit Cards?". Any order cancelled after it has shipped will have to come back as a return and will be charged a 15% restock/processing fee. Almost all distributors charge a 15% restocking. 15% is an industry standard.
Please Note: Before we can cancle any order, we must get confirmation that our distributor has not shipped it and has in fact cancelled the order.
All Pre-Ordered Orders, regardless of whether charged or not, can be cancelled at anytime before shipment, without any cost to you. To cancel, just send us an email (we make it easy, just reply back to the copy of your order or send us an email) and we will request a cancel and confirm from our distributor to make sure it has not been shiped. Once confirmed we will refund you immediately and cancel your order. We do this so you can be on the list to receive an item, yet still be able to look elsewhere. if you find one, just tell us. If not, you will be sure to get one. We send out update emails on all Pre-Ordered items to keep our customers abreast of the latest status. We may also offer special opportunities, if available, as a substitute.
